Fall Fruit Slaw
Serves: 13 (1/2 cup each)

All you need:
1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee coleslaw mix
1 c. quartered red grapes
1 Gala apple, cored and finely diced
1 Bartlett pear, cored and finely diced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 c. fat-free poppy seed dressing
Hy-Vee salt, to taste

All you do:
1. Toss coleslaw mix, grapes, apple, pear and green onions together in a serving bowl. Pour dressing on top and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
2. Salt to taste.
