ROCHESTER, Minn. – Charges are pending for a Rochester driver after he allegedly drove drunk and caused a crash on Saturday night.
It happened Saturday night in the 500 block of East Circle Drive. Officers responded to a call of a two-car crash where one car was on fire.
Authorities suspect 37-year-old Toby Ulness was under the influence when he struck the rear of another car headed the same direction. The other driver, 18-year-old Jordan Glomski, of Rochester, said he believes Ulness was going 100 mph. Glomski suffered minor injuries to his left eye and forearm. His passenger, 18-year-old Maria Raygor, of Stewartville, also suffered minor injuries.
Ulness is recovering in the hospital but could face charges of DUI and criminal vehicular operation.
