Rochester man arrested with meth near school

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Rochester police say a 34-year-old man had over a pound of meth on him when he was arrested near John Adams Middle School.

It happened on Friday as part of a Street Crimes Unit drug investigation at 1419 31st St. NW. Officers arrested Jerry Milliken, of Rochester, with 1.1 pounds of meth on him. He also reportedly had several thousand dollars in cash, a stun gun and four magazines for an AR-15.

He’s been charged with first-degree controlled substance sales. Police say evidence suggests packaging and distribution also took place at that location.
