Not guilty plea in Mason City meth case

MASON CITY, Iowa – A man charged with meth possession in North Iowa is pleading not guilty.

33-year-old Michael Adam Nalan is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.  He’s accused of having 24 grams of ice meth and $28,000 in cash on his person on September 12 in Mason City.

His trial is set for December 13 in Cerro Gordo County District Court.
