FOREST CITY, Iowa – Students at Waldorf University took the Purple Heart Pledge on Thursday.

The campus event was part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month and had the young people sign a pledge on a purple heart to not hurt others with words or hands.  The hearts will be on display in the atrium on the Waldorf campus for the rest of October.
