Layered Greek Dip


Serves 28.

All you need:

2 (8 oz) containers flavored hummus

¾ c. chopped cucumbers

1 plum tomato, chopped

½ c. crumbled feta cheese

¼ c. sliced black olives

3 tbsp sliced green onions

Hy-Vee organic blue corn chips or chopped vegetables, for serving

All you do:

1. Spread hummus on 10-inch serving platter.
2. Top with cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, olives and onions.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
4. Serve with chopped vegetables or chips.
