ROCHESTER, Minn. – Another defendant is pleading guilty for an attack on a teenager in Slatterly Park.
19-year-old Luis Angel Aguilera Salcedo of Rochester entered a guilty plea Thursday to terroristic threats and will be sentenced on December 28. That follows a guilty plea in September from Caitlin Bodine of Rochester to 5th degree assault, for which she received 30 days in jail and one year of supervised probation.
Salcedo and Bodine, along with Michelle McKee of Rochester and Brittney Hoffman of Pine Island, were arrested after an 18-year-old female was beaten on the night of June 19.
McKee has not yet entered a plea to charges of 1st degree aggravated robbery, 2nd and 5th degree assault and possession of stolen property. Hoffman is pleading not guilty to 2nd degree riot and 5th degree assault.
