ROCHESTER, Minn. – A Southern Minnesota community expected to grow in the next couple decades is also facing it’s share of issues according to a new report.
On Thursday leaders in the Rochester area looked over what is called “Compass Points” which is a snapshot of the community and what is going right and what still needs work. Some of the positives include a low obesity rate. Also the median income ranks 9th among Minnesota counties.
