ROCHESTER, Minn. – A California man is pleading not guilty to drug charges in southern Minnesota.
22-year-old Adrian Terrones of San Pedro, CA, entered a not guilty plea Friday to charges of 1st degree sale of drugs and 1st degree possession of drugs. He was arrested on August 19 after law enforcement searched a Rochester hotel room and allegedly found two pounds of methamphetamine.
Also arrested after the search was Jose Aguilera of Baraboo, Wisconsin. He is charged with 1st degree sale of drugs and 1st degree possession of drugs and has also entered a not guilty plea.
Terrones is set to stand trial on February 27 in Olmsted County District Court. Aguilera’s trial is scheduled for January 23.
