Two plead guilty, two not in Rochester park assault

ROCHESTER, Minn. – There are now two guilty and two not guilty pleas in an attack on a teenager in Slatterly Park.

On Friday, 19-year-old Briannah Michelle McKee of Rochester pleaded not guilty to 1st degree aggravated robbery, 2nd and 5th degree assault and possession of stolen property.  Her trial is scheduled for February 27.

McKee, Caitlin Bodine of Rochester, Luis Aguilera of Rochester and Brittney Hoffman of Pine Island were arrested after an 18-year-old female was assaulted on June 19.

Bodine pled guilty to 5th degree assault and was given 30 days in jail.  Aguilera entered a guilty plea to terroristic threats and will be sentenced on December 28.  Hoffman is pleading not guilty to 2nd degree riot and 5th degree assault.  Her trial is set for December 5.
