KIMT News 3 – There may be more to your sleeping patterns than classifying as an early riser or night owl.

A sleep expert says there are actually four main categories that take various personality traits into account:

Lions —  the classic early riser

Bears — people who are most energetic through midday

Wolves — people who thrive in the evening

Dolphins — the classic late-night types or insomniacs
