Radio show host taking kettle drive to new heights

ROCHESTER, Minn. – People from across from North Iowa and Southern Minnesota will be giving this season but a local radio show host is hoping to spread the joy from a new height.

James Rabe of Y-105’s Early Morning Show will be broadcasting from 10am-2pm on Saturday from on top of the Plummer Building in downtown Rochester. Not only will he be trying to conquer his fear of heights, but also ringing some of the biggest bells in Rochester for the Salvation Army’s kettle drive. Although donations will not be accepted at the Plummer Building we are told a number will be given out on the air for text message donations and a kettle will be setup at Walmart North for the event.
