ROCHESTER, Minn. – Sometimes this time of the year can be difficult for many in our area, but there are ways people can help ease the stress.
The Southern Minnesota chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness says they will be collecting items for gift bags to give to people in hospitals seeking treatment on mental health or in residency programs. Courtney Lawson, executive director of NAMI tells, you can help for this event as well. They are looking for donations. You can either drop off items at the NAMI location or you can donate on here.
