ST. PAUL, Minn. – A three-vehicle accident hurt four people late Tuesday afternoon in Olmsted County.
The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of US Highway 63 and State Highway 30. Blair N. Honsey, 21, of Ellendale, was eastbound on Highway 30, turned to go north on 63 and was struck by the northbound pickup truck driven by 39-year-old Jerry G. Brehm of Rochester.
The truck went out of control, crossed the center median and hit the minivan driven by 45-year-old Dennis E. Bly of Stewartville.
Honsey, Brehm, Bly and a passenger in Bly’s vehicle, 76-year-old Marjorie Bly of Ostrander, all suffered what are described as non-life threatening injuries.
The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Rochester police and fire and Gold Cross Ambulance all assisted at the scene.
