ROCHESTER, Minn. – An Owatonna man has been arrested after a traffic stop leads to a drug arrest.
40-year-old Juan Ochoa is facing charges of 1st degree sale of drugs and 2nd degree possession. He was pulled over Friday night after officers said they spotted numerous lane and signal violations. It was then found that a warrant was out for Ochoa’s arrest.
Officers also said there was an open liquor bottle and marijuana visible inside the vehicle. A search allegedly discovered a little over an ounce of methamphetamine, split up between eight baggies.
