ROCHESTER, Minn. – A 25-year-old Rochester man faces a drug charge after being found with 13 grams of meth and a gram of heroin.
Rochester police say just after midnight Thursday, an officer was driving past a grocery store parking lot when they saw a car in the middle of a lot parked outside a parking space. Police say the car was still running with the lights on and a turn signal flashing.
Officers believe Adnan Vele was under the influence of a controlled substance when he was found unconscious.
He faces a charge of third-degree possession of a controlled substance.
