ROCHESTER, Minn. – It’s a not guilty plea in a southern Minnesota drug arrest.
44-year-old James Richard Anderson of Rochester entered not guilty pleas Friday to 1st degree sale of methamphetamine and 1st degree possession of methamphetamine. He was arrested on September 16 while allegedly trying to break into a vehicle in the Cooke Park lot. Police say the drugs and Anderson’s identification were found in a backpack near the vehicle.
Anderson remains in the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center.
