AUSTIN, Minn. – The three men arrested in a November drug bust are all pleading not guilty.
On November 23, the Austin Police Department led a search at 909 1st Avenue NW. 21-year-old Ezra Robert Hardy of Austin, 22-year-old Romario Louis Luke of Rochester and 21-year-old Tyler Stone Deboer of Austin were arrested.
The search allegedly discovered over 141 grams of methamphetamine, 225 grams of marijuana, a magazine and ammunition for a military-style rifle, two pistols, pistol magazines, a canister of pepper spray, two pieces of body armor, various kinds of ammunition, three handgun holsters and drug paraphernalia.
Hardy, Luke and Deboer are charged with 1st degree aggravated controlled substance crime and 1st degree possession of over 100 grams of meth. Hardy and Luke are also charged with violent felon in possession of a firearm.
Hardy’s jury trial is set for February 6 in Mower County District Court. Deboer is scheduled to stand trial on February 21. A trial date has not been set for Luke.
