ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man arrested in connection to a string of burglaries will not spend any more time behind bars.
46-year-old Hoang Huy Duong of Rochester pleaded guilty to one count of theft and was sentenced Monday to 90 days in the Olmsted County Adult Detention Center, with credit for 90 days already served.
Duong and Vesma Chan were arrested on June 8 after authorities said a suspected burglary attempt turned into a stabbing in the area of Country Club Manor.
Chan entered a guilty plea to charges of theft and 5th degree drug possession. She is scheduled to be sentenced on January 23.
