Wanted man tries hiding in Walmart to evade Rochester police

ROCHESTER, Minn. – A man was arrested on three warrants overnight after leading officers on a “cat and mouse” chase throughout Walmart.

Rochester police say around 1 a.m. at Walmart South, an officer was on patrol the store parking lot. He noticed 32-year-old Zachary Rahlf, who had three warrants out for his arrest, was walking into the store.

Police say Rahlf led them throughout the store as he tried hiding from officers.

An officer eventually found him hiding in a clothing rack in the men’s department and arrested him.
