Details: The Winnebago County Conservation Board will be hosting a Senior Canoe Float for people 60 years old and older. The float will begin at 6:00 PM and last about 45 minutes, with refreshments served afterwards. No previous canoeing experience is necessary and all equipment will be provided. Details: A Crime Victim’s Crisis Center/Domestic Abuse Project Event in conjunction with Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
Candlelight Vigil on Thursday, October 16th at 6pm to remember those who have lost their lives, been injured through domestic violence and those who continue to live in abuse.
Please join us in a show of support for stopping violence in our community.
We will meet at the Government Center, 411 South Broadway in Albert Lea, and walk to the Fountain Lake Gazebo. Speakers and refreshments will be at the Gazebo.
